Dave Clark’s process for change is simple

Einstein defined insanity as: “Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.” Thus, if we want our circumstances to change, we will need to change our thoughts and actions

Why? Because our thoughts and actions shape our beliefs, and our beliefs are at the root of the things we experience. Although not fully understood, leading thinkers believe we play a central role in attracting the events of our lives. Some call it the “law of attraction”

If you’re committed to change, the starting point is to map out your ideal future. This needs to be done in vivid detail so your thoughts, actions and beliefs will start to shift.

There’s no point dwelling in the past, doing that will just keep you stuck there. However, if you encounter obstacles, you may need to go back and identify some beliefs or old habits of thought that no longer serve you

As Einstein said “you can’t solve a problem with the same mind that created it,” so if you want to experience true lasting change, be prepared to open up your mind to a new way of thinking—and trust that your inner guidance system will lead you to what’s right for you
